The HR Excellence Conference & Awards 2025 will be held at Salwa Sabah Al-Ahmad Theater & Hall, a Premier Venue that matches our growing scale and ambition. Anticipating 65% more Attendees compared to last year, we are expanding our reach and moving to a venue that offers a more elevated and impactful experience for everyone involved.

The Blue Print of the Event Space

1. Registration Station will serve as an Area for Attendees to collect their Name Tags at the Commencement of the Conference, and to receive their Certificates of Attendance upon its Conclusion.

2. Exhibitors' Booths will be positioned in a well-connected layout that encourages smooth visitors flow (Only 11 Booths are available this year).

3. The Main Stage is designed for maximum visibility and engagement as it will serve as the main focal point of the Conference.

4. The Buffet Area is a spacious area to ensure smooth flow and avoid crowding, while serving refreshments and lunch for our attendees.

5. VIP Lounge (For our VIP Guests).

6. Prayer Rooms (For Ladies & Gentlemen).

7. Lower Shaded Terrace is an outdoor space overlooking the Arabian Gulf; offering attendees area to relax, network, or to take breaks between sessions.
